Grosvenor Coal Mine
Grosvenor is a Coal Mine located in the Bowen Basin, Queensland. Surveyors @ Work were engaged by Anglo American and Hatch when it was a greenfield site and were the project surveyors up until completion. It was a $2 billion project.
As project managers, Surveyors @ Work were responsible for overseeing engineer surveyors, delivering set out of as constructed assets and delivering all infrastructure.
Stockland Hervey Bay Shopping Centre Expansion
Stockland Hervey Bay is the largest fully enclosed air-conditioned mall between Rockhampton and Maroochydore, Queensland. The expansion was a $115 million project managed by Lendlease.
Surveyors @ Work were commissioned as the project surveyors; which included set out, detailed design and conformance.
Newcrest Mining Ltd – Cadia Gold Mine
Cadia is Australia’s largest gold mining operations. Surveyors @ Work have been contracted as project surveyors; which includes underground surveys, laser scanning and 3D modelling.
Calliope Crossroads Arterial Interchange
This $120 million project involved construction of an arterial interchange, located at the Calliope Crossroads intersection approximately 20km southwest of the City of Gladstone.
Surveyors @ Work were contracted by Golding Constructions as the project surveyors and responsible for set out, detailed design and conformance.
Queensland Rail – Rail Upgrade
Queensland Rail engaged CMC to upgrade and standardise rail passing loops throughout regional Queensland.
CMC contracted Surveyors @ Work as the project surveyors, responsible for set out, detailed design and conformance.
Curtis Island LNG Plant
Bechtel delivered the Curtis Island LNG Plant; $7.7 billion Gladstone LNG project (GLNG) to process coal seam gas into liquefied natural gas.
Surveyors @ Work were engaged by Bechtel as project surveyors, which included set out of the processing plant and associated structures, detailed design and conformance survey.
Fraser Coast Sports Precinct
The Fraser Coast Sports Precinct is a multi-stage development across over 60 hectares of land, and will provide more than 50 sporting fields and playing surfaces catering to football (soccer), AFL, rugby league/union, hockey netball, tennis, touch football and Oz.
Stage 1 was completed in 2018 and stage 2 is currently under construction. The total estimated cost is $50,000,000 for all stages.
Surveys at Work were the project surveyors during the construction of the green field site.
