Below are the various surveys available. When you select one of these surveys, a description will appear to give you a better understanding of the survey you are requesting.
You have selected an identification survey, where we will reinstate and remark existing property corners.
You have selected an easement survey, where we will mark a proposed new easement and prepare a registerable Easement survey plan. Easements for access purposes require approval from your local authority - if you do not have a current approval, our in-house town planners can assist with the entire process.
You have selected a lease survey. Leases may be for part of a building (eg. a retail tenancy inside a shopping centre), or a lease of land (eg. for a billboard along a major road). We will measure and define the area to be leased in accordance with the requirements for the lease type, and prepare an appropriate lease plan.
You have selected an amalgamation survey, this is a survey to combine 2 or more existing lots into a single lot. We can completed this as a compiled amalgamation survey - a desktop survey to prepare a new survey plan that is registerable with Titles Queensland, or a field amalgamation survey - to reinstate and re-mark the external property corners, and prepare a new survey plan that is registerable with Titles Queensland.
You have selected a subdivision survey, to reconfigure one or more existing lots into a number of new lots. Subdivisions can be in the form of standard format (land) or building format (strata title). Standard format subdivisions require Reconfiguring A Lot approval with your local authority.
You have selected a House Set Out, where we set out the slab for trades, electrical, plumbing and other required trades. The deliverables for this set out will be:
This is not a Boundary (Identification) survey.
You have selected a Building Design Contour Survey, which will establish the elevation and slope of block, identify services to assist with design, recommend identification survey if required. The deliverables for this survey include:
You have selected an Australian Height Datum Benchmark. AHD refers to the height above mean sea level – a benchmark for height measurement across Australia. Survey includes the following deliverables:
